CARE: Pothos are low-maintenance, adaptable plants that thrive in moderate to bright indirect light. An aroid soil mix is best for these plants as they need air pockets in the soil for their roots to breathe. Peat moss based soil can get too compacted and cause root rot. Vertical support will encourage larger leaf growth.
At Jade Greenhouse, we take great care to ensure that your plants are healthy and well-packaged before shipping. However, due to the perishable nature of live plants, we are unable to guarantee their condition after shipment and therefore do not accept returns on plants shipped to online customers.
Online Orders:
- No Returns or Refunds: Once plants are shipped, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for online orders. We ensure plants are shipped in good condition, but we cannot guarantee their status once they are in transit.
Local Customers:
- Return or Store Credit: If you are a local customer and are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a return or store credit, depending on the condition of the plant.
Damage or Issues: If your plant arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
We ship orders once a week on Mondays and Tuesdays. This schedule helps ensure that your plants avoid extended delays in transit, especially over weekends. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
